A new space for creativity

Since 2018 Ponto & Linha has become my full time project and new challenges have been appearing since day 1. The new work routine no longer has a fixed schedule; going to the work place was reduced to a dozen of footsteps and the responsabilities, goals and motivations are bigger than ever! Until last week, this routine was lived intensely in my dinning room. With the goals getting bigger and bigger each new day and their difficulties (such as spending a lot of ludic and social time in this improvised working space) a new urgency of change came up! The adaptation to a changed work flow as a freelancer, led me to create a new work space mainly dedicated to creativity!

​From 3 windows that opened to silence and calmness of the porch, we are now in front of a single window from which rays of natural light cross and illuminate this room with earthy tones. I decided to bring nature and soothing inside this room wich is now the new work space, where I can see and almost live the movement in the streets early in the morning and late afternoon, as I was used to.

​All the people walking outside in their daily life routines, bring a little bit of what was missing in my new work routine! I'm exactly in the same place but now in a different division with a more balanced atmosphere and more space to productivity and creativity grow together! Little by little some of the difficulties of a self-employed worker life are being overcomed! Now, just by looking outside the window, I know when to start and end the workday or even when to take a short break to join many of you in the often-forgotten coffee breaks.

​A new work space full of life, calm and more movement, filled with big memories of how this project was born. A special corner to new challenges, to celebrate new achievements, to overcome old and new fears and, of couse... to keep telling your stories in the company of these two little friends that also bring a new soul  to this house and work routine!
